The location near Perrache train station made it easy to explore Lyon. Staff at reception were super nice and helpful. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and a nice view over a small garden. The breakfast exceeded my expectations with a variety of options like bread, cheese, and croissants. I found the room a bit small, and the shower needed attention. it felt slippery and lacked grab bars. Despite that, I felt safe and enjoyed my short stay. It’s a great choice if you're just looking for a place to sleep.

The hotel is situated in a very central location.
Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the overall lack of hygiene and standards. The shower was dangerously slippery without any safety grab bars, creating a risk of falling. The breakfast was exceptionally scarce and lacked nutritional value, making the dining experience quite disappointing.

The view of the Basilique Notre-Dame de Fourvière was simply amazing! Compact but comfy room, and the breakfast was surprisingly decent. Downsides? The room was smaller than I expected. 😅

Easily chowed down at nearby gems like Le Bistrot D'auguste, just a hop away, and chowed down on some pizza at Pizza Vito. The river view was a delightful surprise, and breakfast had just enough options to kickstart the day. Oh, and the staff were super helpful, giving us ice on a hot day!
That room was hotter than a July day, and the A/C situation? Well, it’s a no-go until summer starts!

Budget hotel not perfect, but decent
Super friendly staff willing to help, and the location made it easy for us to explore the area. The bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep and the reception had vending machines for snacks which was a nice touch late at night.
It wasn’t expensive per se, but it wasn’t exactly cheap either, for what you get.
